By accessing or using LumenVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Use of the Service

LumenVoice provides AI-powered transcription, translation, and collaboration tools.

You agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted materials without permission.
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your voice recordings, transcripts, and uploaded content.

By using our platform, you grant LumenVoice a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data for service delivery.

4. Subscription & Payments

LumenVoice offers Free, Pro, and Business plans.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Fees are billed in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All LumenVoice software, logos, branding, and AI systems are owned by LumenVoice, Inc.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

LumenVoice is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for:

Losses caused by transcription inaccuracies or downtime.
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Some features may integrate with external tools (e.g., APIs or cloud storage). LumenVoice is not responsible for third-party service performance or policies.
